At present, we have 3 coating production lines with leading
industry technology. The maximum coating width is 1300mm,
and the operating speed is 10 to 200m/min. The coating output
of basic paper can reach 280 tons per day.The technology is
stable and the quality is guaranteed, which can fully meet the
order demands of domestic and overseas customers.

We currently have two sets of 6-color flexographic printing
machines, using food-grade odorless ink for printing. This
can meet the design requirements of documents. Whether
it's multi-color or full-page color, we can achieve perfect
color printing based on the color standards you provide.
We can customize documents or print upon submission.

meet the order demands of domestic and overseas

There are 3 die-cutting machines, 2 slitting machines, 1 flatbed
die-cutting machine and 2 punching machines. Two waste removal machines and four cup lid machines. It can meet the production demands of a large number of orders.

We have a production line of 6 paper tray machines and 7 sets of tray production molds, which are divided into small trays, shallow trays, deep trays, and 6-inch trays, 7-inch trays, 8-inch trays, and 9-inch trays. The patterns on the paper plate are grand and beautiful. It can produce 500,000 pieces every day, which is fully capable of meeting the large order demands of domestic and overseas customers.

We have 18 paper cup machine production lines and can produce coated paper cups and hollow paper cups of 1oz~16oz specifications according to market demands.With all 18 machines running at full capacity, 3.4 million paper cups can be produced every day. At present, we are highly proficient in the cup-making process of coated paper, with a high molding rate. It can meet the demands of a large number of orders at home and abroad.
